n1 presets

Having a problem using the remote to access my pre sets.Their is no problem using touch screen.Besides putting new batteries in not sure what else to do. Remote works all other fuctions.

If it were me I would take the remote apart, clean the contacts and check the board for cracks or anything that may be causing those buttons to no longer function.

Thanks for the answer. The buttons seem to work everything fine it seems the remote can't seem to work pre sets, like it lost signal.

Which remote are you trying to use? Did it used to work and now it doesn't, or did it never work?

I have the original remote and it works fine except for the presets. After a week of not driving ,It started to work again and I am able to recall the presets.
