Starting from scratch

I have been having some issues with my unit and would like to reinstall everything back to factory. Can I just reinstall copy of 3.0 on my unit. I dont want to have any prior mods on my unit, I have been having issues with my GPS showing me on feeder road when in reality im on the highway. Thanks for the help.
