bluetooth problem

i am using a samsung sgh 737 , when using the blutooth function i can hear it dialing on my car speakers and the people on the other end can hear me....but no sound is coming out of the speakers.....volumes are all up on pioneer and samsung....i have read both manuals and I am totaly frustrated....all updated versions have been download to the avic.
anyone else have this problem or a solution?
