Why is it that when i downloaded the east 90 mt, the file on uturrent says its 5 gigs or so and then when i got done downloading it it`s only like 2.88 gigs???

ok cool , when i open imgburn i see two selections to burn and they are as follows, WRITE IMAGE FILES TO DISK, WRITE FILES AND FOLDERS TO DISK witch one do i chose??
