i guess thats how u say it ignition source/ keyon start position same? anyway i want to have the unit to stay on when cranking over to start, now when i turn the car one click down, turns off the car but acc is still on and would like to have the unit to stay on til i turn the key off completely now i was thinking to do that, but will have to have the ignition source connected to the acc together and connect it to the red wire on the hd but when connected together will have any effect on the wires or something u know when u turn the key to ignition it powers ur fuel pump and l

to keep it simple what can happen if i connect the acc wire and the key on power wire together?

hey do u think u could hook up the red power wire to the acc and the key on power??? what im thinking is when u go to acc the hd powers up but when u go to start the car it shuts off and powers again, so if i hook up the acc and key on to the red wire on the hd, will that be fine or i can burn the wire or something??? i would just connect it to key on but would like to turn car to acc and still have the hd on which would be on acc

just need to know if i use the ip-bus input is there a setting i need to turn on or anything like that on my avic-d2

i want to control with my ipod read so many reviews that the adapter on the d2 sucks i was looking at this http://cgi.ebay.com/PXA02-Pioneer-radio ... dZViewItem and the rca connect to my phone wondering if when im playing the ipod and my phone rings or something i wonder if the audio will overlap?

i have a avic-d2

the a/v inputs will be connected to my phone (going to see if that works) or dvd player, videogame console so was looking for an alternate input for ipod

can u use the ip-bus or av-bus inputs to connect ipod? on avic-d2 ive found cables like ip-bus to ipod, av-bus to ipod connected will it just play or u have to do some settings?? will it work first ?

thx for the reply and what about with the ipod connected with the CDIB100II, do the ipod power on and off when the car is turned on or off?

on a d3 unit u could have the ipod playing while the screen is on the navigation?
