Has anyone found a way to listen to XM or an SD card while viewing appradio on the 8000 NEX?

I just installed a Z150BH, at low volume I can here what sounds like a constant ground loop. I have tried to ground my HU chassis to vehicle chassis, I also tried grounding my HU chassis to the rca ground no change. Could this be the Pico Fuse? Does this HU have the Pico fuse problem? I have read Pioneer has addressed the issue, is this true? Thanks in advance.

I just purchased an AVIC-Z150BH to replace an AVIC-N3. Is there any hope at all that the navigation satellite antennas are the same? I really don't want to have to run another antenna out the brake light
