  1. @RonS - not meaning to high jack this thread but you really seemed to be knowledgeable - Can you take a look at this thread and see if you have any ideas? I have researched hi and lo and have not found a path - tech support is useless (as expected). It seems to be a software hick-up so I was hoping I could get it fixed with a little help. check out the video I took of the issue. Hope you can check it out.   2. Hi misterwoofwoof, just tried your new cardinfo.cif file on a z140BH (not BT) assume it is the same. Sadly it didn't work. Hi all, I have an issue with my HU and I do not know what to do to resolve it. here is what happens: - HU start-up and goes into a screen asking to "select program language" - if I press any language (or any option) the unit simply reboots to the same window. What I tried so far - hard reset by disconnecting the battery - didn't resolve the issue - updated to the latest firmware (8.05) - process completed seemingly but I the after the ucom update the HU never rebooted by itself. When I force the restart it shows 8.05 but when I reboot w/o SD card it goes back to the "select p
