  11. VSS stands for VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR. Also known a a speed pulse. If your vehicle has a bad wire. You should connected to it for a more accurate reading. It's part of the pioneer harness. In most cars it's part of the OEM harness. In my vehicle it was part of just connect the wires to aftermarket harness to the radio.

  18. I forgot about this too. IF you have oversized wheels lets say 20" on a factory 16" that was replaces your gps speedometer will be off. Then you have to go to the dealer to get it calibrated through the computer if your car is over 2006-and up. if its an older car you will have to get a calibrator chip to set the speedometer
  19. i know the micros work because im using a SDHC class 10 Micro SD
  20. I have pretty much the same setup you have. My iphone is connected to usb1. Pioneer provides 1 USB extension cable. I also have the hdmi adapter connected. And I just added a second USB extension for usb2. I have my wires hidden in coin tray. It holds my phone and wallet in there. And it closes. So you can't see the wires.
  21. If he did it wrong your gps signal and speed would be different than your speedometer. Why wouldn't he connect it?
