If I could rep you, I would. I've been trying to find the answer for this question everywhere. I was always under the impression that no cables were needed, only bluetooth streaming to use Pandora and answering Yes to "Is this Android?" Thanks for the help.

How can I allow Pandora to show up in my sources? The only way I can use Pandora is through the "Bluetooth Audio" source. Pandora does not show up. In "App Connection," Android is selected but there is also a notification saying that it can't be changed while the device is connected. When I turn off bluetooth on either the head unit or my Galaxy S4, it still says the same thing. I have a AVIC-X950BH with the mute bypass mod if that makes a difference...
