AVIC 5000NEX , when selecting NAV the screen goes to the warning screen. Then after the little circle icon comes up then it goes away, this is when the EULA screen comes up at the bottom of the screen is disagree and agree. Nothing can be selected on this screen. I have reset the unit, with the reset button on the unit and through the interface. This did not fix anything. How can the NAV software be reinitialized.
