  1. I moved my mute wire over and everything is grounded properly. The unit always shows the parking break as 'on' However when I get going above about 5MPH I get locked out of most functions. Everything seems to be grounded properly. I'm also getting the grounding error message. How would the unit be showing the parking break as engaged if the bypass was not wired properly? Thanks for any assistance you can provide. mikebaby
  2. Has anyone been able to pair the new VerizonWireless LG Voyager? I have been unable to make it pair. It paired the first try with my old RAZR Thanks, mikebaby
  3. The last couple of days my mic has been off and on again not working. At first I thought it may be the Bluetooth adapter, or maybe my phone, but it doesn't work with the voice recognition either. Has anyone else experienced this? I find it a bit unlikely that the jack would have unplugged itself just driving around town on paved streets. Thanks, mikebaby
  4. It looks like version 1.1 of the software is avbl for download from the pioneer site. Has anyone tried this yet? I wonder if it disables the parking light workaround? mikebaby
  5. Those are AWESOME! Can you do one like that with the Ford oval and the new F-150 logo? Thanks, mikebaby
  6. The lane functions worked perfectly. We were less than a mile from the border so I didn't get to test very far into Canada. mikebaby
  7. Well I put the Z1 thru it's first real test over the past few days It took me from Columbus, Ohio to Niagara Falls, Canada based on the phone number for the hotel. It plotted the route I would have chosen myself, and got us there without a hitch. mikebaby
  8. Yesterday I put in a phone number of a garden center accross town, and it could not find it. This is a business number, and they have been around for years. mikebaby

Nothing if you flip your parking ligts on three times during bootup. mikebaby
  10. After a few seconds my radio comes on, but it probably takes about 30 secodns or so for it to fully boot. If I'm going somewhere that I need to program the nav for to begin with chances are it's going to be a long trip anyway and the extra minute will not effect me. mikebaby
  11. I have never been on a website that will let you post without logging in first. mikebaby
  12. I am 99.9% I have the speed pulse wire hooked up properly however the nav system is always a few MPH off from my trucks spedo. Also Has anyone ever seen the AVIC monitor the speedpulse at a rating higher than 0? Thanks, mikebaby
  13. Has anyone noticed that it seems to think that the car is about 20 feet or so in front of where you physically are? Thanks, mikebaby
  14. It's in a new body style F-150 SuperCrew. mikebaby
  15. Installation was not as bad as I had thought it would be. I need to get back into the dash to do some better cable management, but I lost all my daylight. (for those who properly connected the parking break wire, was that a huge pain in the ass or what?) Bluetooth: Seems to work very well. I set the voice volume down as I had read online and nobody I have spoke to with it is having echo issues. navigation: I have not strayed too far from the house yet, but so far it has been pretty accurate, and route correction was instant and well done. It did think a business I was
