  1. I have tried everything from resetting the 8000 to trying every cord with the USB 1. It doesn't do it with the Bluetooth playing music, the radio, the cd, or even a USB flash drive. My only issue is when my apple products are plugged in with the USB 1 from the Lightning cord to the 30 pin cord from pioneer. IPod touch, iphone 5 when I had one, iPod classic, and I haven't tried with this iPhone 6 playing music. It happened again doing that Friday with my iPod touch which is updated to the iOS 8.0.2.

  3. Don't send them your unit. They told me that before and I told them they need a firmware update for the unit. Pioneer really is a trip with the things they say.

  5. i don't have time to argue with you on this situation. I called already this morning and I got the same thing told to me that this is the first time they are hearing about the situation. When pioneer doesn't seem to check this site or put down in notes that others have called this morning about this situation. I always get the best line from them saying they will send it to the engineer for this problem to be checked out. please provide your name, address, and etc for us to contact you back.

  9. Well if you spent 1500 on a unit and you had to change two units out in your car already for this issue you would seem rude about the issue. This site is for us to help each other out and all I see is selfish posts when I am letting yall know to call pioneer about the issue. The more they know about the issue the sooner we get an update. I have been on the phone and hold with pioneer enough to hear them tell me this is the first they hear of any issue like this. I have a video I have tried to send them and they tell me they can't get that from me. I am always calm brother maybe you should help
  10. Yes this truly does suck and they messed up with this firmware update.
  11. Well they need to know about the issue that is going on . I will make the call again since yall scared to do it
  12. Call pioneer asap cause some of us already have this issue before the firmware update.
  13. What happened to everything with the iPod playing and when you restart your car the music is paused already then you have to press play. They will need another firmware update ASAP for all the issues going on.
  14. Tekki here you go pal. The same ignorant comment you made in this one and is now starting to surface for everyone. I tell you one thing pioneer needs to fix the issue.
