which one is a "big wig" number I need to talk to one cause pioneer F**ked my N1 one during the flex cable upgrade and are saying I sent it to them that way.

Sent my N1 in for flex upgrade cause the screen stopped working. I got it back a week or so later damaged, and now they want me to pay $200 to fix what they broke! They broke the black trim where the face plate attaches to. I sent it back and told them they did it and they are trying to tell me they took pictures of my N1 before they did any work, and all they did is send me pictures of the damage I pointed out to them look at what they did. Has anyone else had any problems with pioneer repair.
