pistoncleaner

when I power unit up,,first thing that comes up is no applicable program installed,,what can I do now..anyone,,,

new here and lost,bought truck cleaned battery then it ask for password,,went through process got password,but now just goes to the pretty screen ..startup I guess it will not ask for password now..or do anything..help
