07GMC

I recently install the Nex 8000 into my 07 yukon. The first day I installed the radio I was able to make a call from my note 4 and hear the call through my speakers. Today I make a call and I can only hear through the speakers if my truck is off. My yukon came with a stock flip down screen in it. Ever since I installed the Nex 8000 it no longer works. Not exactly sure how to get it to work with this particular radio. I am open to all suggestions.
