  1. I'll be curious to know if the new Pioneer Sirius tuner (CD-SB10) will have any more functions or will it work better compared to the old (SIR-PNR2) unit? Pioneer's website says it'll work with the AVIC-Z series and any other unit with Satellite Compatibility. Regretfully it's two separate units instead of one now (CD-SB10 & SC-C1)..... If anybody gets this, please let us know your findings.... "CD-SB10 Sirius Bus Interface For use with Pioneer "SAT Radio Ready" Headunits and AV Receivers. Sirius Satellite Radio subscription required, sold separately. SC-C1 required for operat
  2. Basically the biggest question I have is the navigation, specifically, the routing capabilities. I found that Highways and Interstate/Freeways are treated as the same type of roads for routing. The problem being is that most highways are full of traffic lights, where Freeway/Interstate roads do not have lights. This is can of course be addressed by the driver by ignoring the route posted, but then is annoyed by a barrage of re-routing and U-Turn audibles until the unit catches up with you. But this only works when the driver is familiar with the roads, not when they are exploring new territory

    ISO Update?

Thanks much for the help, I was aware about the music update, but not aware of the firmware update to bring the Z1 to current settings. Is this 'update" or fix only for the blue tooth or are there any other benefits?? Great Work Ducati, good to know that your original bypass does not work with this fix.... I'll be waiting for the official Pioneer "Z2" update(s) in the spring and your subsequent bypass for that... cheers!

    ISO Update?

In reading several posts I keep seeing an "ISO Update" being referenced however, I can't find this anywhere on the Pioneer website. Can anyone tell me about this? thanks for the help!
  11. So how did your install go?? Did you confirm the VSS wire location? I have the same issues and from what I saw most of the postings answering this were incorrect. (Pin number vs wire color) thanks!
  12. The 2006 & 2007 are the same exact cars from the stand point of radio space............ The Z1 sits the same way in both years..............
