Does this work with Z150BH?

I have a Z150BH that I initially used with an iPhone 4S running iOS 6 for a while. The song info (artist, album etc) showed up on the nav screen just fine via bluetooth when using Spotify or iTunes with that phone. I then updated that phone to iOS 7. Since that time I no longer get song info with Spotify but I do get iTunes track info. I've updated phones and iOS's (now at iOS 9) and no difference. Spotify song info just doesn't show up. It does on a droid though. Any suggestions? Is there any way I can update my bluetooth version? Help!

I've had the exact same issue. How do you do the reset with the info button or get into test mode?
