The display on my AVH-4100NEX only shows the guidelines for the backup camera, not image from the camera since I have the camera disconnected from the radio. It seems like the radio is stuck in video mode. When I try to reset the system by pressing the reset button, the system reset button is not resetting the radio system. I need help and any suggestion that will help me fix this problem. Thanks

I am frustrated and need help and guidance. I purchased a new AVH-4100NEX from Best Buy through their website. I had BB also do the install. It worked great for several weeks. A week or two ago, I purchased the cables required to hook up my Samsung Note 3 too to use the nav and other features. Today, I install those cables, along with a backup camera. The system worked perfectly with the cables, after I installed the camera, I started to have problems. The problem is all that is displayed is the backup camera guidelines, and a caution message "The video may appear reversed". I disco
