I just got a F350 with a Avic-F90BT, it is running firmware 2.0 and Bluetooth 330. I ordered a 4.0 upgrade w/ new maps. Has anyone ran in to issues upgrading from 2.0 to 4.0. I also have a factory 2.8 upgrade on the way, should I upgrade to the 2.8 before the 4.0. or can I just jump to the 4.0. any info would be helpful.
