I can but mp3 on a usb. I want the music to be cd quality

Does anyone know if the 6100 nex supports cd-text. I have a lot of cds that i bought that do not display track or title only shows Track 1, Track 2 and so on I have tried to burn CDs with iTuens. Burrnn, and CDBurnerXP I see the title and track information but the CD player does not see it. When I play the burned cd back with VLC on my PC all works great. Does anybody have a method that works so I can see title and track information on CD's played in the cd player. All works great when played from a USB drive using flac or MP3. Please help. Thanks

OK I should have thought of this mixtrax does not work with FLAC files . I did as huddy suggested and rip them to mp4 mixtrax now works. I wish it would work with FLAC files all my music is in this forma. The BPM feature did not work for me. thanks huddy for your help.

Has anybody used this feature on their AVIC 6100nex? I noticed the video is for a AVIC 6000nex. I watched the video, on my unit when you go to the mixtrax screen it does not read my USB thumb drive. The music plays fine from the USB thumb drive. I have not tried loading mixtrax software on my pc and making a playlist on my pc and then exporting it to a usb key.

I am confused. I thought that mixtrax was the app on the avic 6100nex head unit. You told it to look at your usb thumb drive it analyzed it. That is how it works. How doe installing on your PC are phone help?

I can not figure out how to get mixtrax to work. I have a usb thumb drive plugin into usb1 music plays ok. I touch mixtrax unit goes to mixtrax screen there is no data in LinkGate screen also i do not see any songs i can add. Where can I go to find some information on this I have tried the manual chapter 31. Can someone please help me with this.

Same problem here 6100nex try pressing the map button my display comes back. also have firmware ver 1.03 getting car toys to change out my unit.

I have a 6100nex bought from car toys installed on Monday 11-16 went home played with unit next morning start car to go to work blank screen, all radio functions worked, no display. I found if I press and hold map button the display comes back online. Getting car toys to change out unit on Friday 11-20.
