Could do with a litlle more help. Applied the patch and everything seemed to go all right. By the way, when in testmode, how do I end testmode and go back to normal radio-use? Should I unpack the scrip to same USB-stick where the patch is on or should I unzip just the "AVIC to USB folder" to a new empty USB-stick. I think I have tried both options, but nothing seems to work. So would appreciate a little help here. If I finally succeds in getting the script to work, will it then copy to USB2 or...?

When I unpack manual_map_update_for_AVICx60x70.zip there is a root file with a lot of funny characters The name of the file is: ÉÒþ¡«Ñ «Ã¡«ó½Ñ¡¿Ñ ¬«¡ÔÑ¡Ôá.txt and inside the file the text is something like this: Ãåðåä èñïîëüçîâà Ãèåì îáÃîâëåÃèÿ ÃóæÃî ïðèìåÃèòü patch äëÿ iGO Ñîäåðæà Ãèå à ðõèâà : 1. Thank you WhatIs.. for your help. I have downloaded must of the stuff incl. IGO-R3_HERE(Navteq)_2015_Q3_EUROPE maps, which I hope can be used? I'm not quite sure which license to use. Is there a specifik name for the license file to look for?

Now I'm just a little confused, so hopefully someone can clear out things for me. Which script must I use for my AVIC-F77DAB, to do a map-upgrade? Can I make a backup of my system to USB og SD-card, before doing anything else? How to restore, if things go wrong? And after that, copy system to USB and copy new maps and licens to USB and then copy back to system? Where can I find correct maps for Europe and license? Would appriciate direct links:-) Can I use same maps and license for the Avisync-app on my Galaxy S4? Which capacity must USB/SD-card have?

I have downloaded the .rar file for the F77DAB-radio, but when I try to unpack the file I get an error message, saying that "the file is not a valid archive". Has anyone succesfully downloaded and unpacked the file?
