Not sure if this was posted yet, but I just found this video that actually focuses on the new features on the 8200 specifically, and from what I can tell, this is all firmware/OS features. That means the 8100s should be able to updated to 8200 firmware! Whether that will happen or not remains to be seen.

I am downloading the 8100 series FW @ 320MB and it is taking over an hour on a gigabit fiber Internet connection! The Pioneer servers are slooooooow!

This was posted in another thread already, but thought everyone should know here that FW updates to the NEXX100 (v1.05) and NEXX000(v1.11) units just hit yesterday along with a new version of the AVICSYNC app to enable connectivity with the NEX units finally.
