I'm happy they fixed the map around here, It kept telling me to get off 2 exits before mine because it was quicker, but it wasnt. Also the POI search has alot more.

Unplug your steering wheel control module and see what happens. Also with that module, at least the scosche one, you may need to put a relay on the acc. wire to boost current.

Hit the reset button, you must reset every time you add a new module.

Yea yea yea they are merged now love it or hate it. But does anyone have both the sirius direct model and the xm direct model? Whcih one has better sound quality? I already have sirius, but if the xm model gets better SOUND, Ill swap out for that.

They installed it correctly, and didnt bypass it. Good luck getting a big name place to bypass it for you, cause they wont.

Yes, you need to put the disk in everytime you wanna change the map morso than what it has loaded already. D3 = N4 N5 = New maps The N series is the flip out version of a D series.

Yea im kinda failing to see a point to get the N5 when you have a N4

I love how there is so much room behind that dash.

Connect a toggle switch between your parking brake wire and your black ground wire. Than whenever you want to watch a dvd, toggle the switch as if you would the parking brake. Look at your instruction manual for more info on the procedure.

You would be shocked how much this happens.
