Threw this one together this morning for my 4100nex in 08 F-150.

Background Image -
I couldn't get it to download either. Now that it does it, and I unpack the zip folder it shows a 5100NEX folder. Not sure if I should flash the firmware or not since it doesn't look like it is for the right head unit.
