i am looking for an application set up disc for avic n4...i just had mine fixed and when i went to set up the nav, i noticed that i don't have the set up disc...i have the map discs but no initial disc...needless to say my navigation is useless...any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I just installed a avic n4 everything was working fine, shut the truck off did some cleaning up...came back and now all the thing does is the screen comes out and flips out, but nothing is lit...I tried reseting no luck...So now all i have is a screen that likes to flip in and out...Any thoughts...If i had an extra grand laying around i would throw it against the wall and go get another...Pioneer was very helpful "hmm sounds like its defective"
