  1. Thanks! Certainly . I loaded a USB with firmware, but no luck. I get the same sequence; Custom boot screen, Pioneer loading splash screen then the "Write Program Forcedlly" menu with no response from soft buttons so navigation through menu is not possible. I'm trying to understand the USB-UART method, is this similar to the factory USB cable when restoring Android devices? Any links to literature on the subject would be helpful. I may not be looking properly for information on the subject, for some reason I only find non related articles on UART. Thanks again.

Hello, While exploring testmode on my SPH-DA120 and trying different keys I got the following results; TESTMODE_A.KEY The unit recognized and read the USB drive but the testmode failed to called up any menu. TESTMODE_N.KEY (3) Number 3 key was successful with "OK" message and instructing to turn off the unit. TESTMODE_N.KEY (1) The unit booted up, it called up a menu but it went directly to the "Write Program Forcedlly" menu. From Here the the soft buttons do not work and I'm not able to navigate or select any
