No HDMI = no AirPlay (mirroring), right? Unfortunately the cost of 8100 is ridiculous.

Hi, I can't decide between the two units (they are the same price). While I'll be using CarPlay, I don't like the fact that I am forced to use Apple Maps, which don't work offline. 5100 has built-in navigation but smaller screen. Is there anything else that speaks in favor/against either of the units? Thanks.
