Downloaded that one just to make sure but still no luck, i only have the testmode.key file on the SD card as well. I also tried the hack which again didn't work

Hi guys, As many others i've just recently had my car back from the garage and because they replaced my battery i am now stuck on the dreaded password screen its been 18 months since having the system installed, i can't remember what the pass is. I've tried numerous times to get the supertestmode.key to work but no such luck it will only load up the password screen again and again. I bought a 4gb SD card (format FAT32 with 16 allocation size. extracted the testmode.key to the SD card inserted the card in my unit turn it on but it will not boot up in testmode. Any ideas? does the
