  1. I did that, it worked for the first time! thank you so much. I have been trying to contact Pioneer for half a year now about that issue and it took exactly 5mins. to fix it with the self-calibration. I read Pioneer will charge $200 for that plus all the hassle with removing of the unit from the dash etc. They should give this routine in the user manual. Anyways, thanks a lot for this wonderful help, it is great! Just to reapeat what was already written in the link kindly given to me: cheers Pawel
  2. Thanks so much. I will try it today. Hope it helps. This forum is great, I have had my D1 for two years now and have no idea about the service menu and other improvements. Is there any descrption about the service menu somewhere? thanks Pawel
  3. Please help. My AVIC-D1 touch screen seems to dis-calibrate itself and now there is very poor pointing accuracy. The center of the screen reacts properly, but the sides of the screen is off towards the edges. I need to touch the area outside the point I want to activate. The points close to the edge are not accessible. This failure appeared few month after the warranty went out. Please advise what can I do with this unit. Maybe someone can provide with the calibration routine I can run on my AVIC-D1 to calibrate the screen. Thanks in advance Pawel
