Okay, so we followed the directions, got the old touch screen off, got the new one on, but then we have no power. Disconnected the ribbon wire from the face unit to the base and found a small hole in it. Could this be the problem? Hopefully so, ordered a new ribbon wire from EBAY, now just waiting for it to ship and try that. Does this sound feasible?
