I used to have an N-3, now I have an N-2. I used to be able to search artists, read song titles, etc. with the ipod adapter (CDI100b or whatever). With the N-2 I cant see any of the songs, albums, anything other than the different playlists. My question is do I need some kind of firmware upgrade, or do I have to get a N-3 brain or what? BTW I have the updated map disc (80mpt) Someone please help, I have searched and found nothing yet......Thanks all

what about the N-2, it sucks way worse than when I had my n-3, I can't even see any of the songs or anything. Can I update the N-2 so I can use the ipod more freely, than just flip from song to song, and folder to folder. I have the latest map disc installed, but it changed nothing ipod wise. Please let me know...KT

ok no one, I'm going out to get a DL dvd burner, anyone have a science on this method of burning, like a step by step, or at least a definitive process that works good. Thanks.

So wait can someone help me here, is this one that viperboi is seeding from pirate bay the east disc, 3.35GB is this one ok to dl and burn, I really don't want to brick my stick with this one....no one likes a broken stick trust me....

sounds like you need to bypass it for starters, search for the sticky on bypassing N-2, next you need to ground out that wire that is supposed to go to your parking brake (orange if I remember), you also need to find out where your VSS (vehicle speed sensor) is located on your car/truck, there is also stickies on that as well, and connect the VSS wire (pinks I thinks) and then make sure you have your gps antenna hooked up, and then you should be all set as long as everything else is hooked up right....hope this helps

yeah I got one from the 29.99 guy thinking that would be great, and it didn't work, but he is sending me a new one. I've used ebay before for these discs, 70mpt to be exact for my older n-3 and they worked great, just get the cheap one, try it, if it doesn't work get another one, or get your money back.....gotta love paypal...

Title states, does anyone within driving distance from Atlanta have the disk I could buy from them or if they have the DL burner I would pay you for the blank disk and you could just fill it with some "useless" map data for the east coast..........anyone please, my ebay disk didn't work and I bought it from the 29.99 per disk guy that 100% checks, and guarantees the disk..huh so much for that......pm me, or reply, thanks all..........

Is there anyone that can direct me to the VSS wire on my 1995 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L 4cyl. I do not even know where to look for that wire, it says in the manual to look for the "injection computer"????? Someone please help me on this matter, thanks everyone in advance. KT
