Do not have to techincal with GPS just gotta have a lil cpu knowledge...read all the stuff me and psiekchicago have put on the site...if u dont understand...then email me..then maybe we can do im one evening and i can get u going with miomap....pretty easy...only thing that takes a lil while is downloading the maps...oh email is jfent@hotmail.com

hey smoothj....i have mine on the flash disk.and will keep it there since we all know pioneer will not make updates for free...and miomaps will always be free.... it does not crash unless u hit off / on swittch on back....then just resarts the program to wince.....

ok what do you mean by firmware? im using miomaps on wince....your s1 is actually a small cpu..just running miomap software!

Sure ....all you have to do is tap very bottm of screen..it will bring up the lil toolbar...click on the windows flag left hand corner...it will bring up programs, favorites and so on...well click programs..then u will see bluesoleill...click it...now the bluetooth symbol will be in toolbar on bottom right hand corner...click that ...now you will see turn bluetooth off...bluetooth mamanger...click bluetooth manager, then explore bluetooth device...set your phone up...once u have done that...exit...now click the bluetooth symbol once again...now click the bluetooth hf phone...now you will see t

you can still use bluetooth with miomaps!!!!

The miomaps is much better than pioneer software....maps are upgraded regulary...very easy to get all working too....i finally got TTS to work for miomaps3.3....and getting all this free is way much better than paying pioneer $150 for it!

Just wanting to let everyone know the mio 3.3 software works great...after a lil help from psiekchicago....i had everything up and running in one day...the hardest part is getting the maps...but the GPS works 90% better than the stock s1 software...if we could get somebody to get the TTS to work right...this would be awesome!
