  1. Although I dont feel that I have to explain ANYTHING it is very easy to delete any file from MRZ radios accidentally and never be able to retrieve that file..... before playing it James Bond, did you ever consider that instead of shooting stupid questions? Unlike your type, I am not any scammer as I do not ask for money and I think it was YOU looking for MY help! Well I have news for you my friend, you ARE NOT GETTING ANY! GET A LIFE!

  2. Can you get into test mode?

You can achieve this by pressing MENU/NAVI button with your right pointer finger constantly and then press RIGHT LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT LEFT with your left pointer finger, and then release all.

Once this is achieved you will see a list of choices in Japanese.

    DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING YET.

If you manage this, you will need to replace some files which you can find in another post here.

Lets take it step by step so please either post here for others to learn or pm me for further instructions

  3. Does anybody know where we can find the MAP file on the MRZ?

I think that if we locate the map file, which is a map of Japan, somebody can edit that and transform it into map of Europe or country or whatever....

Otherwise i need to know how to install IGO or any other navigator on my MRZ 09.

    Any ideas?

  4. 1) When i turn on every time it ask to register an SD card for communication with the PC, you answer yes - impossible, no - it will ask again the next time you turn it on.

Solution: Check on the side of your sd card, there is a small button lock/unlock the card. Move it UP so that SD card is UNLOCKED so that the system can register on the sd card. Try after that and press YES when the stereo asks you to register card.

    2) When you turn on, it always offers the initial setting or something like that. In this case, the adjustment button is not active (in the settings menu also not active), the button is configured later. And so, too, every time. Bothers.

Solution: Press menu so that map shows on your stereo. Go to settings and find INITIALISATION. Uncheck the choice which says "show setup at start", the option will not show again.

    3) System settings such as the button backlight color, volume, or mute buttons are not saved.

Solution: When you change these settings dont press "Back", press SAVE, normally this button is at the bottom right.

    4) Well, the last - someone can know the exact sequence of actions for establishing a connection using bluetooth, I only get a tambourine. I'm constantly on the phone, I want to get into the car loudly

Solution: You have to "register" your phone. Go to menu, settings, Bluetooth settings and press register. Once the stereo finds the phone insert the code, normally 1111 on your phone and pair. Keep the bluetooth on your phone ON. Restart stereo and give it 10-15 seconds. If you have music on your phone, press the Bluetooth audio option when in AV, and press the arrow so that music plays. It will e music from your phone.

    Hope this helps

  5. Thanks a ton Ron, you are a gent. I am unzipping and testing tonight.

I managed this mess because i tried to use script for installing the two translated language files and an image, but i didnt do it correctly.

Do you happen to have that zip too?

The image i had messed up the display and the control buttons making the use impossible!

  6. Dear all,

I can fix MRZ 03,   MRZ 05, MRZ 07 and MRZ 09 as well as others to read ENGLISH instead of Japanese. Also I have a special antenna transformer that can allow the radio to reach all your FM stations for Europe. Further than that I also have the adapter for USB and JACK 3.5 mm etc. I also have maps for Europe which can be easily installed.

The language change is for free, so is the date /time settings.

However you will have to send me the unit and once I fix it I can return it to you.

Drop me a line in a Private Message here as I can not publish my email and I will come in touch with you either via Whatsapp or Viber so please add your number.

The antenna adaptor/converter costs about 20 euro, the adapter for USB and Jack 3.5 mm for your audio/phone is about 10 euro and the maps are between 12 to 20 euros depending on the country, full Europe is about 45. Shipping to Cyprus should not be more than 20 euros. I am NOT selling anything I do this as a hobby but the costs must be covered by you.

I hope this is not understood as an advert because I dont charge anything.

    Best
