bump?? anyone?? are there any updates that can be done to the D3 to pick up the HTC?? -J

Hi, I bought a sprint serviced HTC HERO that im presuming came with software version 2.0. It has since been updated to software version 2.1 and now with the software update the HERO will not connect to my D3. IT worked great with the original software version, but now it doesnt. Im scouring the sites to download back to 2.0, but was wondering if there are any updates or anyone that was able to connect using the HTC Hero with 2.1. -J

THIS WORKED FOR ME ON MY SAMSUNG ACE!!!! however, I was never able to mess with the registry myself like mentioned on that thread.... I tried the program that was posted on post 100 - http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/725247-post100.html and that alone didn't work. Ace wouldn't connect to the D3. I then installed the Jetware program - http://www.jetwaremobile.com/ I installed the jetware by browsing to the site with the Ace and downloading the program straight to the phone. Jetware's site explains this in there instructions. Then ran the app posted on post 100 and I was able to

so what exactly was the fix? or is it still acting up? Does it autoconnect every time you get in the car now?? I have two vehicles with D3's in them, both have the BTB-200 connected, so im hope'n i can get the BJ2 to work on both cars.. - J

hi, okay, my wifes ipod nano video (4th gen i think) doesnt charge with the D3, ? i just read here that you can go into the d3 ipod menu and turn on the charging feature? where is that? what menu steps do you do to get to that? i have never seen that before?? Im guessing thats why are 2nd newly purchased D3 doesnt charge her ipod like current D3 does?? I was stumped after installing it, as to why it wasnt charging her ipod??? now im guessing the "charging" feature isnt on?? where is it at? Thanks, -J

im having the same problem........... i just purchased a 2nd D3 for one of our cars, and the ipod nano only works from the screen and it doesnt charge the ipod?? what is the fix for this.......im connected using the CD-I200 ipod wire just like our other D3..?? -J
