  1. The NEX is not the problem. It's the way windows handles file sorting on USB/SD drives (FAT32). I had the same problem. I got a program, DriveSort, to sort the files on the USB/SD card and problem is solved. For more info and a good tutorial on this, See this page https://techmadeplain.com/2014/how-to-sort-music-flash-drive-car-stereo/
  2. Here's what I found about adding a stereo to your car. hope it helps. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/audio-electronics/3443290-axxess-xsvi-2004-factory-integration-adapter.html As for the reverse cameras, you'll have to make sure the reverse signal wire is hooked up to one of the wires on the car that sends that signal. Don't know which one that might be honestly. Maybe this will help; https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/audio-electronics/1117959-c5-and-general-audio-faq-5.html#post1564673611
  3. I've had luck by using really large image files, eg; 1920x1080 or 2560x1400. I believe though (just got my NEX receiver about 2 weeks ago so correct me if I'm wrong) If you get one that is still giving you black bars though, you can adjust the picture to get rid of those. Just go into "picture adjustment" in the system settings menu.
  4. New here. Not new to Pioneer brands though. Been using them for about 20 years. Just wanted to throw this out there since only people with avic radio problems seem to be here. No problems for me really. Just got a good AVIC-8000nex and was just looking for a tip or two. Again, Hello There.
  5. If I'm not mistaken, the unit will not play these files. At leaset not by mirror mode or the like. In the operation manual it says the only type of files that are supported for the feature you're looking for are: MPEG-4, H.264, WMV, MKV and FLV only. Do you have the AV output setting set to "source"? If so, the same front image should be output the the rear.
