Does anybody know how these units differ? Would it work to flash the 4200NEX with the AVH-X8800BT firmware in order to get european functionality such as 100 KHz FM tuner steps?

I recently got a 4201NEX. Problem is that I want to use the unit in Europe and the FM tuner only tunes to odd-numbered decimals (e.g. 99.7 MHz but not 99.8 MHz). Is there any way to modify the tuning step?
