Have a 5200NEX. GPS stopped loading too. I updated Firm ware from 1.4 to 1.7 and it works great now!! first I took it back to installer who tried a hard re-boot and said defective radio. Luckily I did firmware update instead of paying Pioneer $250 for them to do what I did
