Wow you're a life saver! I have 4200nex and it worked. I couldn't type in my password because is has a symbol in it and the sensor on the screen wouldn't let me go to it, when I pressed anywhere along the bottom it would only select whatever keys are above. With this usb I did a factory reset. I downloaded your rar file, extracted it and saved on a formatted usb drive. I had to do a full format, the quick method didn't work at first. I also used a 16gb usb drive. Thanks a lot!
