I am having trouble getting the backup camera to work on my AVIC2. I have had this unit in the car for over 5 years and recently took it out for repair of the screen rotation.
After putting the unit back in the rear camera will not come on when in reverse. I have made sure I have power and the purple and white wire is hooked up with no breaks in the wire (I ran a separate wire to insure I did not have a short). I also have bypassed the backup switch to make sure it is not the backup switch (I am using a Lokar switch for a 700R4 transmission).
