When I use GPS my location is always off from where I actually am. If I'm no a route it usually snaps to the route at some point, but it usually tells me I've reached my destination before I actually have and once I reach my destination it shows me down the street from it. My GPS antenna is mounted under my dash and usually has pretty good signal, could that still be the problem or might it be something else? Thanks!

I got this head unit used and installed it this last weekend. I tried searching the forum but didn't find something with the same issue. The problem I have is when you press the voice command button the prompt voice is all garbled and distorted. I have the same issue with the voice prompts from the GPS and call audio when I use my cell phone via bluetooth. Media audio sounds great. I couldn't find anything by searching the settings menus or the web/this site. Has anyone experienced this and if so were you able to fix it? I'm not sure which firmware is installed on the head unit, but I know it
