I've mitsubishi mirage 2014 with pioneer AVH-1300NEX after market installed. also I plugged in the Metra Axxess ASWC-1 to the wiring harness but it didn't work. im trying to reach the OEM settings but it is greyed out (im on parking mode)

i've mitsubishi mirage 14 with pioneer avh1300nex head unit i want to upgrade the front speakers (i didn't decide yet to which) i dont want to buy an amp my question is very simple using aftermarket speakers without external amp can cause a damage to the speakers? or just i don't get the full power of the speakers? im asking it because on my head unit pdf manual they said up to 50W (see image)

i've mitsubishi mirage 2014 made in thailand i've replace the oem nav head unit with pioneer avh1300nex im trying to find the mounting cage circle in red in the attachment because my head unit is not so stable any guess where i can find it or just what to write in eBay to find it? current the head unit screwed only at the top (you can see in the image the screw above the red circle but is not enough. i'm also waiting for the dash panel from metra to my vehicle but i saw that the cage that they gave into the package is not like this in the image
