  1. AVIC 8200NEX Trying to mirror my Samsung S10 screen onto my 8200NEX display. I bought a 'MircaCast' HDMI cable, or MHL as advertised by Pioneer. But I cannot get it to work. Using a regular HDMI cable, my laptop mirrors beautifully to my NEX. Using the MHL cable onto a HDMI TV works great with my phone. But for the life of me, I cannot get the NEX to work with the MHL cable with my phone. Using EZMira app. Any suggestions?
  2. Yep. I've gained some wisdom from my younger days and searched for a Pioneer to Toyota harness in advance. $16 for a pre-made harness! Easy is nice. Although I could have popped it in just on the black plug, I got curious and started poking around my 8200NEX. This thing is crazy! 4. Hi there, I just purchased a used AVIC-8200NEX (advertised as a W8400, but that's another story...). Finally got it mostly wired up in my car, but few kinks to iron out still (reverse signal, VSS, factory bluetooth mic, etc). Being a young guy who used to be somewhat deep into the whole XDA, Android development stuff, I naturally thought "hmm...I bet there's some custom firmware I can flash onto this thing..." and then I found this website. The stock software actually seems to be 'satisfactory' but I only have like 15 mins of time with it, so *shrug* Years ago, I used to wire u
