Thank you for this file download. It worked as you had stated and my unit is back to its factory defaults and no password. I had bought the car with this unit, but when I needed to change the battery, I was no longer able to use the unit, and the Pioneer service wanted me to send the unit to Syracuse at my cost and charge me $ 56 for a reset.
