No returns on this unit. I was wondering if anyone had a way to load the software onto it so I can get it out of the bootloop

I grabbed a new return unit for 60 bucks. In brand new physical condition. But when I wire it up to a battery to test it, it just goes from the nex screen to the pioneer loading screen and back again to the nex screen... over and over again... pressed the reset button with no change.... I'm thinking it's a software issue since the unit still turns on.....
