My pioneer unit is stuck on the startup logo. I have the AVH X8700bt. Does anyone have the files for this please? I have tried to copy the original SD card and it doesnt work at all

Hi Everyone, I am new to this group and my Pioneer AVH-X8700BT is stuck on the loading screen during startup. I have managed to remove the internal SD Card and was hoping if someone could share with me the image file for my stereo? I am not sure if i need any other files to get my system running again so would appreciate any other files/details for the SD CARD as i have never had this issue before. Thank you in advance
