I have AVIC 8100 NEX firmware version 1.11. Lately I tried to access the SD card slot and after inserting the SD card, it never let me close the touch screen. I tried turning the engine off and on but it still stayed open, I then forced it to close and now i cannot get it to eject anything. Please help.
