  1. Do you have a iPod Classic of a 5.5G video??
  2. Only way I was able to get my iPod classic to play video is by downgrading the firmware to 1.0.2 but you still have to unplug and plug it back in to play the video so I just bought an AV cable and use that to play videos....
  3. I have iTunes 7.6.1.9, if you run "%appdata%" from the start menu it should be right there and it's not a hidden file if i remember correctly
