  1. After I made this thread I figured it had something to do with the camera, so I went into settings and disabled it, and that solved my problem. Thanks alot for your help guys
  2. You guys can disregard my problems, I started over and it worked perfectly. Seems very simple, all you need is a little computer knowledge an you'll be good, I don't know how somebody can mess up with such simple instructions
  3. I have an F90BT with the FX3.1 update installed and have the following problem, I also had this problem before when I was on 2.0 firmware. When I put my car in Reverse my screen goes black and says "Caution: screen image may appear reversed" Anybody know what's wrong and how to fix it? Also please note that I DONT have a backup cam
  4. Ok, so I got to he step where copy the contents on My flash Dish to the avic, it takes about 25 mins to copy everything, then I take out the sd card and hit reset for 5 seconds, it boots up to the Pioneer logo and just stays there. I've waited for like 10 mins, and at one point the screen flashed and went blank and then came back to the Pioneer logo. My question is, how long am I supposed to wait at the pioneer logo? is this normal what I'm experiencing?
  5. I need help, I'm on step 4 and just selected Update SD Format and the bottom center of the screen says Read Progress 100% It's been in that screen for like 30 mins now and the Bluetooth light keeps flashing
  6. Just to confirm with you guys, I have a fully stock F90BT with the bypass installed with the wires grounded, if I install this, will it cause any compatibility problems?
  7. if it makes any sense, my unit has the following version info: Map Version: 01.000600 Version: 1.001700 I got my unit about a week ago and never applied any updates to it
  8. I'm illiterate when it comes to eq settings, i wouldn't know what to write down... isn't there a way to save them somehow to an sd card?
  9. has anyone tried opening a blank text doc and saving it as the same exact file name, with the same extension? that way you would still have the file there but it would just be blank instead of a silence file.
  10. I have the F90BT that was just installed by a really good installer who I paid ALOT of money to. Anyways, I'm about to install this firmware update and would like to know if it will delete the EQ settings, because I have no idea how to setup the EQ and this guy did it for me and it sounds absolutly amazing right now. So if the update does delete them, is there a way I could back them up before the update onto my SD card?
  11. does anyone know if this PAC SWI PS will work on the F90BT? Also, I have a 2002 Acura 3.2 TL, my steering wheel controls have only 3 buttons, volume up, volume down, and 1 button in between thats for previous track/next track All I would like to have are just those controls, nothing extra. Will this unit do that for me, or does it combine other functions into one button?
  12. The reward is now $500 If you can find my navi or the person who did this, then the money is all yours
  13. So I contacted Pioneer about this situation to see if they could maybe somehow track down the navi since it does have GPS inside it, but they said that they dont have the system to do something like that... ...and the police wont help me either, and neither will the insurance company, so it looks like im sol
  14. Guys, I was parked on the street at work yesterday on Queens Blvd just a little ahead of 83rd Ave. Someone broke the little tiny window in the back, and got in the car, ripped everything up and stole my Z1. I was terrified when I opened the door....I was in a loss of words... Anyways, my navi had a 60GB hard drive and was updated with the Z3 software. The serial number for my Z1 is: FHMH017418UC I'm putting up $100 REWARD to anyone that helps me find my navi and the son of a bitch that did this.
