Damn, I know my buddy has a DVD only pioneer deck from 08 or 09 I think and he can set his to automatically turn off which is nice... But Ok I thought someone leaked a torrent for the new map discs? Is that true?

Haven't been on here in quite some time... But I had a few questions for you guys... 1) So is there anyway to make the screen automatically shut off after a certain time of inactivity? It would be nice on those long night drives home that I make every weekend, and even leaving school... It would just be nice if I didn't have to manually shut it off all the time, but I couldn't find out how to do it in the unit itself if you can do it... Hmmm.. 2) I tried going to the link for the new nav discs but it doesn't work... Is it posted somewhere else on here? I know it's not a firmware update

So since my tranny swap my D3's navi doesn't really work. It has no idea where I'm going. It still finds places, but once I start going places it tells me to turn around and starts changing my route. I had to completely take it out when I was changing out interior pieces but nothing major. Just unplugged the harnesses that were on it. Now because my VSS isn't hooked up could this be causing it? I know the speed wire is tapped at the GEM for the VSS coming from the PCM, but since my VSS isn't attached right now is that why it can't find me? The VSS will be fixed on Friday next weekend,

Don't know if it's too late... But I did this with my truck... Used a stock Ranger XL deck and glued in all the buttons behind it and used magnets in the corners of the bezel where the faceplate would snap in and put them inside the faceplate as well... Hope you like it! (I know I need to paint my bezel, it's next lol)
