Hey I just got a 2003 Passat and it came with an avic-d3. The face sticks out a bit too far and I would like to make it sit more flush with the dash. I brought it over to Bestbuy and the guy there said the previous owner had a double din kit from Pioneer in it just incase that matters. Do I need a special kit or do I just have to do a little modification behind the console? Thanks in advance!
